  • 1 box (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken flavor recommended)
  • 1½ cups hot water or chicken broth
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Stove Top stuffing mix with hot water or broth and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded chicken, and any vegetables you're using. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased baking dish and top with prepared stuffing.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 30–35 minutes until hot and golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
