  • ½ cup applesauce or apple butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¼ cup canola oil or vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with baking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the apple cider and applesauce (or apple butter).
  4. In a stand mixer, beat together softened butter, oils, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients alternating with the wet mixture until just combined.
