4 slices sourdough or artisan bread
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions
Prepare the Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine blackberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
