  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for cheesecake layer)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (for cheesecake layer)

Instructions

  1. Prepare blackberry sauce by simmering blackberries with sugar and water in a small saucepan for about 5 minutes until saucy.
  2. Make brownie batter by melting butter and whisking in sugars, then adding eggs, vanilla, salt, cocoa powder, and flour until just combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, egg, sugar, and salt until smooth for the cheesecake layer.
  4. Grease a baking pan and pour half of the brownie batter as the base layer. Add dollops of cheesecake filling, then top with remaining brownie batter.
  5. Drizzle the blackberry sauce on top and gently swirl it in with a knife.
