  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F), or 200C (390F) for non-fan forced ovens.
  2. Drizzle honey evenly over each puff pastry sheet.
  3. Distribute crumbled blue cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped walnuts, and fresh thyme leaves across both sheets. Season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
  4. Roll each pastry sheet tightly, then cut in half lengthwise.
