  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
  3. For the crumb topping, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy; add eggs and vanilla, then stir in sour cream.
