  • 56 large Portobello mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 56 fresh mozzarella balls (sliced thinly)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
