  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, cooking until browned (7–8 minutes). Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
  4. Lay out tortillas and fill each with beef mixture and cheeses; roll tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
