  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the seasoned beef over half of the dough and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Fold the dough over to seal.
  5. Cut into strips, twist gently, place on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with salsa and sour cream.
