  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry the green beans for about 3-4 minutes until bright green.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and pour over the chicken and green beans. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
