  • ½ cup whole milk

  • 4.5 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 5 oz milk chocolate, chopped
  • â…“ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  2. Sift dry ingredients in a bowl; mix wet ingredients separately. Combine both mixtures until smooth.
  3. Divide batter between pans and bake for about 35 minutes; let cool completely.
  4. For the mousse, whisk egg yolks with sugar and cornstarch, then temper with warm cream. Add melted chocolates to separate bowls and fold in whipped cream.
  5. Assemble by layering cake and mousse; refrigerate for at least four hours.
