  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

  • Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together ground cinnamon and ½ cup granulated sugar; set aside.
  3. Unroll one package of crescent roll dough into the prepared dish and press it down evenly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with ¾ cup granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crescent dough layer and spread evenly. Layer another package of crescent dough on top.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the top dough layer and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
