  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; spread over the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugar, eggs (one at a time), vanilla extract, sour cream, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour filling over crust and swirl gently. Bake for 55 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. For frosting, beat softened cream cheese with butter; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Thin if desired with milk before spreading on cooled cheesecake.
