  • Slider buns or mini brioche rolls
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: cheese slices
  • Optional: sautéed onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cowboy Butter by mixing melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Pat the steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  4. Toast slider buns cut side down in the skillet until golden brown.
  5. Assemble sliders by layering sliced steak on the bottom buns and topping with cowboy butter and any additional toppings you desire.
  6. Serve immediately with extra cowboy butter on the side.
