  • 12 oz. bag Sage & Onion cubed stuffing
  • 1 cup leeks (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard

Instructions

  1. In a greased 5-quart Crock Pot, mix together the cubed stuffing, leeks, dried cranberries, golden raisins, and chopped pecans.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, ground mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over the bread mixture in the Crock Pot and gently fold until well combined.
