  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water; let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, and olive oil until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon the risen dough into each muffin cup, filling about ¾ full.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the tops, then sprinkle with rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
