30 taco shells
2 pounds ground turkey
1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 packet taco seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
1 16 oz. pkg. shredded lettuce
6 chopped Roma tomatoes
1 cup salsa
1 cup corn salsa (Trader Joe's)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 cup Pepita salsa (Trader Joe's)
1 can sliced olives
1 sliced red onion
1 jar LaVictoria Salsa
1 jar Cholula Salsa
Cilantro for garnish
Favorite chips
Habanero pepper (garnish)
Instructions
Prepare a large serving board or tray. Place bowls of shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes in the center.
Surround the central bowl with small bowls of salsa, guacamole, olives, and sour cream.
In a frying pan over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in olive oil until tender (about 10 minutes). Add ground turkey and taco seasoning; cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Fill taco shells with cooked meat mixture and sprinkle cheese inside. Bake for about 5 minutes until crispy.
Arrange baked tacos around the board and fill open spaces with chips. Garnish with cilantro and habanero peppers.
