  • 1 cup cold unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar, divided
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • Sea salt flakes
  • Drizzled caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and half of the brown sugar. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly, then press into the pan.
  3. Sprinkle pecans over the crust evenly.
  4. In a saucepan, melt remaining butter and brown sugar over medium heat until bubbling. Stir for one minute, then pour over the crust.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top right after baking; let sit to soften before spreading evenly.
