  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for dairy-free)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until golden. Then add the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
