Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup warm water (about 110°F)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • Flaky sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  4. Punch down the risen dough, divide into 12 portions, and shape each into a ball. Place them in the muffin tin and let rest for another 20 minutes.
  5. Mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, flaky salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Press dimples into each muffin and spoon the mixture over them.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
