  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vinegar (instead of Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
