  • 12 tbsp milk (for icing)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla; stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
  5. Spread blondie batter in the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden edges form; allow to cool completely before icing.
  7. For the icing, beat softened cream cheese and gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until creamy.
