  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup (115g) cold unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan.
  2. For the filling, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time and fold in sour cream.
  3. In a saucepan, combine diced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch mixed with water, and lemon juice. Cook until slightly soft.
