  • 1/2 cup Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Milk (for meatloaf)
  • 2 cups Milk (for cheese sauce)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, diced onion, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake the meatloaf mixture for about 20 minutes.
  4. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain well.
