  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Fresh lemon juice and zest
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried basil
  • Dried thyme
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
