  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Wash and cube the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Air fry the seasoned potatoes for about 20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  4. While the potatoes cook, cube the chicken breasts and season them with olive oil, Au Jus Gravy mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  5. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and sauté the seasoned chicken until browned.
  6. Combine the cooked potatoes with the chicken in the skillet.
