  • 1 lb turkey sausage (bulk or links)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey sausage until browned and crumbly; drain excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, mix together pancake mix, milk, and eggs until just combined—lumps are okay! Fold in half of the maple syrup and cooked sausage.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the greased dish, add remaining sausage on top, then layer with the rest of the batter.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and springy.
