  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup jelly or jam (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in peanut butter, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Add dollops of jelly and swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Pour in the remaining batter and repeat the jelly swirl on top.
