  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
  • Chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut rounds from tortillas using a cookie cutter.
  2. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Poke holes in each tortilla with a fork; brush with melted butter and coat in cinnamon-sugar.
  3. Arrange tortilla rounds between muffin cups and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  4. Prepare whipped cream by beating whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
