  • 8 oz lobster meat
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add lobster and crab meat, cooking until heated through.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked seafood with cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  4. In the skillet, melt remaining butter and whisk in flour; gradually add heavy cream until smooth. Stir in remaining cheeses until creamy.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread some sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill shells with seafood mixture and place them in the dish. Pour remaining sauce on top.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
