  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1214 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Press wonton wrappers into a muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic until well combined.
  4. Fill each wonton cup with the mixture.
  5. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
