  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the filling evenly on one half.
  4. Fold over the other half of the pastry and gently roll it out again.
  5. Cut into strips and twist each strip into spirals.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 22–24 minutes or until golden brown.
