  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and oatmeal. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Spread the batter in the prepared pan and sprinkle with butterscotch chips. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned at the edges.
