- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Swiss)
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter (for cooking)
- In a large bowl, mix drained tuna with breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
