  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • Fresh raspberries (for decoration)
  • White chocolate curls or shavings (for decoration)
  • Mint leaves (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time along with vanilla and melted white chocolate.
  3. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients alternating with milk until just combined.
  4. Divide batter among prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. For the raspberry filling, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Beat softened butter for frosting; gradually mix in powdered sugar and melted white chocolate until smooth.
